David Brewer
David began his career in the manufactured housing industry in sales with Shiloh Homes in 1981. He then went on to become Sales Manager with Southern Energy Homes then served as General Manager, and Vice President of Sales. He opened three retail centers which he owned and operated from 1996 until 2001. He then went on to become General Manager with Southern Energy Homes of Texas and Clayton Homes in Savannah, TN. Presently, he is serving as General Manager of Clayton Homes of Russellvillle since 2012. He has been in the manufactured/modular housing industry for 40 years. David is an active member of the Alabama Manufactured Housing Association. He is presently serving on the AMHA Board of Directors as Past Chairman. He currently serves on the Executive Committee and has served as Chairman of the Board, Chair of the Advertising Campaign from 1996 to 2000 and Secretary. David was presented the 2014 AMHA Person of the Year Award and also inducted into the AMHA Hall of Fame in 2014. David currently is on the Board of directors with the North Alabama Works Organization David attended Bradshaw High School and was a member of the football team and a member of the 1976 State Champion Basketball team. He also played football and basketball at University of North Alabama. He has been married to his high school sweetheart Beth for 39 years and has 3 children and 5 grandchildren

Jazmine Robinson
A native of Florence, Jazmine Robinson is a graduate of The University of North Alabama, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communication, and The University of Alabama, where she received her Master’s in Advertising and Public Relations. She has over 16 years of marketing experience in the corporate, non-profit, and education sectors, and more than 25 years of civic service experience. Jazmine was the founding board chairwoman of both Youth Talk United, and the YMCA Youth Center, where she has been honored as Volunteer of the Year within the YMCA of Greater Birmingham. She has also served as a board member for the UAB Minority Health & Health Disparities Research Center, the Boys & Girls Club of West Alabama, Dare Mighty Things, and the Birmingham Urban League YP. As a volunteer mentor to the IMPACT Children of Prisoners program, she was named Female Mentor of the Year. Jazmine is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc. Jazmine is currently employed as Conference Planner and Communications Strategist for HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology in Huntsville, Alabama

Dr. Larry Baskin
Dr. Larry Baskin comes to the Board of Armstead Athletics from a varied athletic and leadership background. He is a USA Swimming coach. While in Florence, Alabama he was recruited to assist a growing USA Swimming/summer league program--the Florence Alabama Swim Team (F.A.S.T.) Swim coaching ignited in him a passion for competitive swimming, stroke technique, swim physiology; coaching lead to ASCA Level II certification. Larry led a University of North Alabama triathlon club of swimmers, coached a clientele of individual swimmers, age-groupers, open water swimmers, triathletes, and adult fitness swimmers while merchandising for All American Swim Supply in Florence, Alabama. He recently retired from full-time competitive coaching with the Marietta Marlins and Stingrays Swimming of Georgia USA Swimming. He continues, in retirement, to swim, bike, and run. He has completed half ironman triathlons, sprint distances, 10K open water swims, 16 marathons including two trips to Boston, and scores of 5K and 10K runs. Coach and pastor Larry will bring a range of experiences to his leadership: as a youth swim coach, marathon runner and certified RRCA endurance running coach, triathlete, motivational speaker, educator, administrator, and, in earlier years, a USFSA pre-silver inter-club ice dance pairs. Larry and his wife B.J. now reside in Atlanta, Georgia. They have four grown sons. Coach Larry’s first call was as a minister. He has served as a spiritual leader in several Presbyterian congregations before retirement in 2013; he holds masters and doctoral degrees in practical theology and biblical languages. Larry is a USA Swimming Age-Group coach, Masters level 2 coach, ASCA level 2 coach (level 3 pending), and former high school coach. He is an experienced marathon runner, triathlete: sprint to 70.3 distance, and USA Masters/open water swimmer to 10k

Dr. Marche Fleming-Randle
Dr. Marché Fleming-Randle was born in Birmingham, Alabama to James and Walter Mary Fleming and was raised abroad. Dr. Marché Fleming-Randle is the first African American Female Vice President for Diversity and Community Engagement in the 123-year history of Wichita State University (WSU). Dr. Fleming-Randle earned an associate’s degree in science from the University Maryland, bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and master’s degree in Adult and Continuing Education and doctorate from Kansas State University. Dr. Fleming-Randle’s career at Wichita State University began in June 2007 as the Assistant Dean for the Fairmount College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. During her tenure, she served as the college liaison for student services planning and implementation, encompassing undergraduate recruitment activity, the enrollment process, and matriculation to degree completion. Her research and academic interests include mental health, child and youth programs and educational leadership and diversity. She has published a myriad of articles related to diversity, gender issues and mental health topics. She has also published handbooks on the Gumbo Analysis of Diversity, Martin Luther King Jr. and Black Women: Love, Lust and Loss and she has co-authored articles with fellow peers in her field of study. In addition, she is a motivational speaker, student advocate and public figure. Dr. Fleming-Randle has received a number of awards and honors. She was the recipient of the U.S. Department of Education’s MLK Drum Major Innovation Service Award, WSU’s Excellence in Teaching Award, Wichita Urban Professionals’ Mentor of the Year Award, Wichita Business Journal’s Leaders in Diversity Award, the Sigma Gamma Rho Community Service Award, and she was named Who’s Who Among America’s college professors. She also received WSU’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion Phenomenal Woman Award and TRIO Disability Support Services’ Lighthouse Award for Faculty of the Year. Dr. Fleming-Randle’s hobbies include listening to her favorite musician, Prince, talking with friends, watching 007 James Bond movies, debating social issues with her father, James Sr., and spending quality time with her husband, Aron. Dr. Fleming-Randle is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and a member of the Links Inc. She is also involved in the Wichita State University Women’s Association, African American Faculty and Staff Association, Council of University Women, Urban League of Kansas Guild, and Soroptimist International
